Friday 8-7-09

8:30am: 6oz deli turkey and ham, 1.25 cups spinach, 1 pear, 2 tablespoons almond butter; 4p-3c-12f

11:30am: 6oz deli turkey and ham, .5 cup blueberries, 8 cherries (I gave one to my bro), 36 almonds; 4p-1.9c-12f

2:30pm: 5oz chicken kabob, 2 cups random asian veggies, 1 packet of mayo; approximate block split: 5p-2c-20f

5:30pm: 5oz steak, 1.25 cups broccoli, .5 avocado; 5p-1c-8f

8:30: Zone Bar; 2p-2.5c-4f

11:30pm: 1.5oz deli ham, 1 egg, 1.25 cups broccoli, .25 cups hummus; 2p-2c-2f
