3:30pm: Post workout 21g protein shake, .5 medium sweet potato, 18 almonds; 3p-2c-6f
5:00pm: 6oz deli turkey, 1 cup asparagus, 9 cherries, 1 tablespoon almond butter, 6 macadamia nuts; 4p-2c-12f
