Today was successful even though I was ailing a bit. Every now and then either or both of my knees tend to get a bit swollen and tender from constant use. My left knee was giving me some pain. My shoulder is still plaqued with tendinitis although it has gotten significantly better. Unfortunately, I cut the healing process short due to my competitions coming up. It is not getting any worse, but, it is certainly not getting any better either. After a good warm up it usually does what I want. It did not impede my shoulder pressing. Overall, 2 PR's are satisfying. Still a long way to go but I am improving.

  1. I think Troy was a miss. And I think it was the director's fault. Brad had some nice scenes, but the slo mo closeups, and the soundtrack kilt it. They changed that soundtrack last minute. Udder found the original, it was dope. However, the fighting in Troy was sharp.

  2. Nooooo, Troy was a miss? I can't give my full opinion because I have seen it twice, both with interuptions. There are some parts I don't approve of and I guess its quite possible if not likely that my man-crush for Brad scued my analysis of the movie as a whole. I feel that you have some a valid arguements about the soundtrack. I can't say that I even remember the music, that is not a good thing. Plus, I didnt know they changed it for the worse, that would/does upset me. The fighting was definitely thorough and I thought the acting was fine. I guess I need to pay more attention to the close ups and the overall movie before I can give it my offical approval.

  3. yeah man. i feel like i had the same reaction. i dig brad like i dig high fat milk products. But I had this doubt through the whole movie. I've isolated it as the directing. But yo, Brad's jumping strikes were off the chain!
