I am going to keep a daily log of my Sleep, Eats and Workouts. I am 86kg (187lbs) 6'1". I follow the Paleo-Zone diet with 20 blocks protein- 15 blocks carb- 60 blocks fat intake. I follow it pretty strictly except for my high glycemic carb (sweet potato) after my workout out and the glorious cheat night on Saturday.
My whole life I have had asthma and allergies that controlled me. I didn't know any better, my family didn't know any better, so our solution was medicine. What a mistake. I have been on every inhaler, shot and antibiotic you can think of. The result, a weaker body. It was not until about 2 years ago, I decided to refuse any and every medication, even my inhaler. Crossfit really helped me control my breathing. I am lucky enough to have an aunt who is a Naturopathic doctor. She has set me up with many supplements, and through trial and error, I have found the correct supplements that work for me (with some creatine mixed in of course). The following is a rough list of the amounts of vitamins and minerals I get strictly from supplements, diet excluded. I also take a multi vitamin and a multi-enzyme (after meals), I did not list every vitamin they have.
Calcium- 700mg

Probiotic- 13 billion organisms
Vitamin C- 2300mg
EPA- 1000mg
DHA- 900mg
other Omega 3's- 240mg
Creatine- 5g
Beef Liver- 300-360 grains
With the elimination of dairy, refined grains and legumes I have not had an asthma attack in over a year along with extremly mild allergies. I am as strong as ever and improving daily.
